Yellow gas station revealed audit: Quiz questions re: drugs & CBD

Enticed by a nice bonus, I'm going to attempt a revealed audit at a yellow gas station.
I'm reviewing the guidelines (aka Mystery Motorist reference guide) and answering the review
questions. Would appreciate assistance with one specific section:
* Where can I find the details regarding non-compliant drug paraphrenia and CBD? (quiz questions 12, 13 and 15). These are not in the reference guide.
* Also - what / who is QDrug? (quiz question 14)
Thank you.

The drug information is in the supplemental information document. The link is on the downloads page where the shopper guide is.
Do they have a Cure sheet that you have to leave with them or did someone actually rename curb?
Thank you, @jkbeaty21. You put me on the correct path to successful completion of the quiz.
There are many, many pieces of information to wade through for this revealed shop/audit.
Hope I can keep it all straight during tomorrow's visit. Fingers crossed!

Thanks for pitching in, @2stepps.
Turns out that QDrug is the part of the eval's labeling nomenclature. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, they only had ONE of these shops, and I'm regretting taking it...I hate the complete prep, and having to do it for one shop...not a good investment in my time. At the time I accepted it, I was making a route, and the route didn't happen. So I'm stuck with one shop. Ugh.
Agreed, @ceasesmith. Trying to stay optimistic, so that I can successfully complete, get paid... and then decide if this type of assignment is worth doing again. I can already say the base pay of $13 is not justifiable and in no way adequately compensates the upfront time investment, printing of 3 documents, time on-site, and report completion time.

Use your phones notepad and note the photos you need to take and any details you need. That always helps me.

If you use the app, it walks you thru the process.

I've done hundreds of these. My No. 1 piece of advice is to go at least busy time as possible. Capturing a photo of each dispenser is the hardest part. Customers can be rude and paranoid.
Always take a couple extra photos of the in-store required photos (especially) while on this shop.
Pointer: If you think a customer is deliberately waiting at the pump to annoy you, walk back in the store as if your done. You'll be surprised how often they pull away as soon as you walk inside.
I have found that if I use the app the editors rarely ask questions (maybe since the number of questions that will fit in the app are only 2 per question, asking for additional pictures is futile?). If a customer is deliberately waiting at / blocking a pump, take the best angle you can quickly and move on. Don't waste your time waiting for them to vacate the area. If questioned I simply state that I'm doing brand imaging work for the brand and I have rarely, if ever been questioned. I also have done thousands of assignments and neither MSC has ever objected to an angle shop as long as I've been on site at least 20 minutes.
I found the first one I did of these to be SUPER time consuming and the app wasn't working. Also, the app does not go in the same order as your "book". You're supposed to pull up, get gas, walk in, do your MS section, check the bathroom, return to the vehicle, take a picture of your pump (never understood this part as ... there's no place to actually upload this picture except for the overall pumps photos and I always had different ones for that..?)

But the app did not work correctly for me. and I had to scroll back and forth.

I second the make a cheat sheet. Note how many pictures you need overall for each section. Make sure you get extras in case it isn't as good as you thought it would be, or in some cases, you forgot something. But yeah, the first one took forever. I'd do this one, and then when one becomes available again, I'd try a second one, because the second and third one, before I was even quick, were still way quicker than the first one. Given the two gallons of gas and the reimbursement, it was definitely worth it to do them -- after I got through the first nightmare where NOTHING went right. I was on site for the first one for like three hours. The cashiers were freaking out... I guess they thought I had found a bunch of really bad stuff.

I'd even print off a list of the food items, and then put a check mark through the ones they have. Maybe even for the lubes too.
I detest that.
