Reason why I finished shop so quickly???

I was filling out paperwork for a $14 shop, and it asked for an explanation how I finished the shop so quickly. I was in the store 15 minutes, and I was the only customer in the store. The salesperson gave me the information and tried to close the sale, and I said I’d have to think about it. There was zero waiting. There was no minimum time to stay in the store, so I wonder how much time they deem appropriate? Have others of you seen this question? There was no reason for me to not leave when he was done with his sales presentation. I hope this is not going to be problematic. Sigh.

Sounds like Marketforce. If there was nothing in the guidelines stating that you had to be in the store for a certain amount of time, don't worry about it.

Yes! I’ve never run across that before! Thanks!
If this is the mattress shop, the guidelines say "Listen carefully, engage in the conversation with the Associate, and take your time. A good sales presentation can take approximately 30 minutes and you should not rush the Associate. " It does not state a minimum time required to be in the store, and I think they are just checking to be sure you did not rush the associate.

This is similar to their drive-in fast food shop, where the reimbursement is less than $8 but the allowable items frequently run more. When you spend more than $8, the report has a popup question "Why did you spend more than $8?" I just say what I had (which are items listed on the allowable list) and I never hear any more.
I've had this happen twice. I take the oppurtunity to praise the employees on how efficient they are at their job.

I had that happen on a cellphone shop for MF. I just said the guy didn't want to engage, which was true. I got paid.

Yeah, same here. But of course they don't reimburse you for the overage. MFI has another fast food client that will reimburse you above the stated reimbursement amount as long as you order the required items at the proper sizes. But not this other outfit.
I was in a bad mood the last time I did a MF food shop and the asked why it cost me more that $8.00. I answered the question with something like "Who knows? You have the receipt"

When I get this I tell the truth. I write: Menu items in my area dictated spending over $8
Got the same question for the mattress shop where I also was the only customer.

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.
I don't know why they ask why I spent over a certain amount. Don't they know how much things cost that they are asking us to purchase? Sheesh. May some states don't have sales tax. I can never meet the cost for many of those MF (that's Market Force, not the other MF) shops.

One of Maritz's gas station alcohol compliance shops asks why you were in the store for so long. It pops-up if you're in the store for more than 5 minutes...
