Looking for Medical Shops

Hello,
I have an idea and I need help to know what to do with it. I had a horrible experience today at a national medical lab, it is a well known lab in the medical world. I need to know which MS company does Medical shops as that type of shop is out of my current scope and I'd like to be able to offer a helpful solution to the regional manager of that company when he calls me in two days. Could you help? You may change the future for some patients in a difficult spot.

As an ms shopper, I have learned to take a balanced approach and I always look at all factors. But this experience, I have had today with the lab tipped the scales and violated so many patient rights. I have lodged a formal complaint with my medical insurance and have informed the company (the Lab) of my complaint. The company's regional manager should contact me and I am hoping to turn this negative experience into a positive by potentially bringing a reputable MS shopping company business. This lab needs some serious help. I am hoping we can prevent others from facing the trouble this lab has caused me. Do you know a company to suggest that you know would handle a compliance shop with medical labs or a shop to test techs understanding/training of what test to offer? This lab even gave me the wrong test kit so I have to start my test all over. The test isn't a simple test and though I have to take it there are people who are really ill taking this and are worse off. It's not good. Please help me right this wrong and turn this into a positive. If you have anyone in mind please let me know asap. I was told I would get a call from the regional manager within two days and I am going to do what I need to to make that happen in a wise fashion. Please let me know if you can think of anyone because I will very calmly and wisely explain my issues and want to offer a solution that might make everyone happy. I'd rather it be that way then we'll the other route I could take.

Second to None had the shops in the last. I did them when they came up and received the same crappy service. I reported it as I'm sure other shoppers did. Nothing changed.

Not promising as this wasn't a shop for me but a real to my life event. I am looking for a positive way forward before I have to use a more different approach.
If it's a patient privacy issue, you can file a HIPPA complaint via the hhs.gov website.

If it's a customer service issue you could send a consisely written letter regarding your displeasure.

I don't know of any MSC that exclusively deals with medical labs. The average MSer isn't qualified to determine if a certified lab or med tech is doing their job properly. Jcaho accredited facilities undergo routine compliance audits.

Sorry to hear you received the wrong test kit and had to start all over. It all sounds a bit dramatic and complicated. Hopefully you weren't charged for the unnecessary kit/testing.
