What are the Most Shops You've Done in a Day?

Only 7? What about the 2 days afterward making sure your narrative met their standards? LOL. Yes, cruises are not for the faint-hearted. They're for your companion, not you as the shopper. I decided awhile back that the inside cabins were definitely not worth the work for either company. Must be a balcony or I'd rather pay for it myself.

I heard that one company was pitching MSC. If you don't mind paying a la carte, their prices are amazingly low, so might not be worth shopping it. Princess' current "Best.Sale.Ever" is far from their best. Did see a transpacific on Celebrity for under $700 for 15 days later this year. We're considering it if we can find good airfare (or a good shop on it). Would love to shop Oceania, but haven't seen it/been offered it yet.

I like the train (and I actually LIKE Megabus) for the same reason -- as long as there is not an obnoxious person next to you, you can get a lot done in transit.

Seriously, that one was brutal. I was not that experienced in those types of shops, I had only done 2 hotel shops for them at that point. I was also with my then boyfriend and he was the worst helper lol. We had a great time, with a balcony cabin that I never would have paid for (I think it was almost 5,000 between airfare and the cruise) If my Mom was still alive, I'd take her on one of these in a heartbeat, she was the best "shopper assistant" that ever existed, especially on hotel shops.

I can't stand the a la carte cruises. I've done a lot of cruising on my own dime, but I will find THE best deal possible. I can't do an inside cabin, I need to be able to see outside, even if it's a tiny obstructed porthole.

I'd love to do a train or bus shop, but I'd have to travel to get to them lol. I will one of these days.

According to my log, my total for the 18 airport assignments was $403, all were for the same MSC.
