Kroger shops during Shelter in Place

I havent done any Kroger shops during the Shelter in Place scenario. Are questions still needed to be asked of employees in 3 departments? (I realize the shops are only to be done if groceries are NEEDED). Thanks. Stay safe!

They are exactly the same, except the time frame is now 8 AM - 8 PM and the departments do not change, it is the same 3 departments. Groceries are always needed, are they not?
Yikes. How awkward. The Kroger out here have that quarantine vibe where people stay to themselves and stay away from customers.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!

Can i ask which departments they are? I had the pharmacy one time and I sort of hung around even though I knew no one was going to be there. It's such an awkward space.
I haven't done any since this all started. I want to stay focused on what I need and get out as fast as I can.
Thanks all! I was curious.....I want to get in and out and not bother anyone (or expose the worker or myself) so I probably will not do. Appreciate itsmiling smiley Stay safesmiling smiley
Yeah, I agree, not worth getting sick. Even if someone gets sick and doesn't die, I hear that it's pretty miserable to go through. Just ask forum member Pegc, who is still going through the pneumonia aspect of it after being released from the hospital.
Can't tell you. ICA violation and against forum rules, sorry. Try signing up with a bunch of different companies. Now that we are all sheltered at home, lots of time to do that.

What company has these shops?
They are not exactly the same. You only have to visit the Produce section and ask the stupid question. You also visit Grocery and General Merchandise/Drug sections, but you have to ask the location of the an item. The emphasis is the Produce section. You need to check the stock level and condition of Non-Organic strawberries (for mold), and the eye ball the stock level of bagged salad section. They are a lot easier because you don't have to ask 3 people 3 stupid questions, just one person 1 stupid question. The shopping hours are convenient, 8am-8pm. Also, if you are a senior, you can also go doing senior hours.
Yes, one stupid question is better than 3 stupid questions. They would probably have us be asking what to serve for large gathering. smiling smiley
Are shoppers doing these shops when they would be shopping for themselves anyway? or making an intentional mystery shop?
I'm doing the shops because I need groceries. I returned from two months away to a empty/off refrigerator and freezer. The stores where I am located have safety precautions and in about half of the stores everyone is wearing masks and in the other half about half of the people are wearing masks. My stores have not been crowded.

Our pick up and delivery have a long wait list. I don't want to take up a spot that someone who is sick or elderly could use.
Yet another screen name for spicy1.
