Paper Scan Audit

Has anyone gotten the scanner to work? I know the issue is not on my end because I have gotten paid for the effort.

I'm not sure what you are asking. My scanner still works. It is a wi-fi scanner.

I did one. The scanner did not work. It was rejected and I appealed and was paid with an apology. I haven't tried any more since it's not worth the effort if the scanner is still not working.

Ms. Judi, I have done it twice when I needed the scanner and these were weeks apart. Only a blank screen loaded. They are saying that the issue is not widespread or consistent.
