Resolved - No Feedback on Ishopfor Ipsos shops

Resolved - There was a problem with uploaded photos. Resubmitted and all is fine.

I just completed 2 shops for Ipsos and both summaries were returned with a note "Survey has been returned to you by the validator. Please fill out the survey completely by following all survey instructions and resubmit.)" I have reviewed my surveys and cannot find any issues, and there does not seem to be any feedback section from the validator. I have emailed the address (Canada@ishopforipsos.com) that sent the jobs to me, but have not received a response. Anyone deal with Ipsos that can tell me where/how I get feedback on my surveys?

Perhaps a Canadian shopper can better answer but in the US we do not have an address anything like US@ishopforIpsos. I only use the Shopmetrics site. On there you must click survey completed before submitting. Also if there is something missing sometimes it is difficult to find as there is a small red dot sometimes that is hard to see next to the question. If you go to your home page and find the same job listing there is a scheduler name and contact listing under the little script i .
Thanks for the response. The email address is the only one I have from Ipsos. The "i" icon only provides details of the shop, and does not list the scheduler or contact info. I completed the surveys and did click on the survey complete button before submitting. They did get the surveys because the validator sent it back to me. I went through my surveys again and none of the questions are marked to indicate something is missing/wrong. Since the survey was mostly multiple choice answers and only one narrative, that is the only place I would expect to cause issues, but I cannot figure out what it might me.
In the survey I do most frequently there was a question that was so small in size and wedged between another question. Also I am pretty sure it popped up while filling in the survey due to never seeing it earlier. I constantly missed that question and when I got the not complete I could never find the red mark as it was so small until looking very carefully. In the past few months I have noticed that they prefill the answer to that question so I must not have been the only one missing that answer. I am pretty sure you did not do my survey as the client is in the US.
I am just guessing here but "Please fill out the survey completely by following all survey instructions and resubmit." may mean the OP filled out the survey completely but did not follow all the survey instructions.

If the problem is as sandyf suggests, the OP may try enlarging the survey (increasing the font) and see whether he can spot something he previously missed.

Far as I know there are only 2 people working for the Canadian Devision of Ipsos and they are both at the email address you sent your inquiry to Russell...I am in Canada and have always only had the 1 email address for them.
