-do $1 gas station shops
-pass client tests with less than 110%
-receive any "fun" shops

In addition, on all electronics shops, you will be required to get the name and family history of all associates in 6 different departments of your choosing.

Geeze, Joan, Do the relatives have to be blood related? I live in Chico, California.

No reports will be accepted by the client if the blood-line family history does not extend back at least 10 generations.

When Joan's MSP proves your information is inaccurate so they don't have to pay, you can take back to them the information of who their father really is. Guess you never thought of shopping as a "public service" job

Someday I will find out what a "fun shop" is. Or maybe I won't, considering the unfun shops you have to do to get them. How many shops with 6 associates get you a fun shop?

I am sure that the schedulers and editors would find the humor in all of this. They too must have to vent at times.

Yes, Mo, sometimes they vent at us.

Since most editors and schedulers are also shoppers, I'm pretty sure that their thoughts are very similar to ours. The difference is that they are probably not as comfortable as we are in expressing opinions on an open forum.

Flash mentioned that to me, but I was skeptical. I'll bet they don't take $4 gas shops or $5 video game shops.

Hmmm. Did this thread start off as a legitimate help thread? If so, we have managed to derail it quite successfully! A shopper needs a 36 hour day--8 to look for shops, 8 to do shops, 8 to report shops and 8 to spend laughing on the forum about what a tough life we lead

Based on the last several weeks' issues, that was the initial intent.

Hey, guys, today is my 3-month anniversary. I did my first shop on 1/16/2008 at an ice cream store. My life has been in total chaos since.

But I now have 2 of those ice cream stores every week.

As a special anniversary gift, I got a $35 parking ticket outside a $16 shop today. They called it a crosswalk (in the middle of a parking lot), but there was also a meter there.

1/16 is my birthday. Did you have cake and ice cream for me?

Joan, Happy birthday. Sneakers, I received a $23.00 parking ticket 2 years ago while doing a bank shop for $18.00. The meter ran out as I was in the bank and could not get away. I now park in a lot about 2 blocks away.

Sneaker, Do you do 5$ video game shops? Do you do video game shops at all?

I know nothing about video games, and no I don't, even though I pass 2 shops often. But a particular MSP I use offers them every month, and I guess they sell. I can see some sophomoric male under 20 doing them, and maybe using a few of them to buy a video game. This is not the same MSP that does BestBuy.

So my ice cream scheduler loves me because I take the 2 distant ones together that no one wants, but of course I get them both bonused. The ice cream is starting to show on me, but I can't let her down. She's a dear person. I will bravely sacrifice myself for my scheduler.

I think We Six (Flash, Kristee, Mo, Charlene, Joan and me) have completely gone off every topic in the past few days. Anyone interested in forming out own private email group for experienced shoppers? We just use our regular email and send everything out to the 5 others, using Reply All. I know there are more complex ways like private forums, but that takes work. PM me.
