Has anyone, while filling out a report, run into questions that clearly predate the pandemic and don't account for how things are different now ... with no flexibility in how to respond?
For example, since Long Island's restaurants re-opened with restrictions a few months ago, I've done one shop for Sinclair's fast-casual Tex-Mex client. The report still demands a photo of the salsa bar at this restaurant.
Except there ain't no salsa bar. Yeah, the structure is still there and ready to be used again when this plague is gone, but it's empty right now due to Covid restrictions, Currently, you get your salsa in little containers on request from staff.
So, knowing the requirement was still in place, I took a photo of the empty salsa bar and uploaded it to the report. Silly ... but the report is the report.
Anyone else have examples of outmoded report requirements that haven't kept up with Covid?
