Ipsos electronics test

I am having a problem with being able to take the electronics test that needs to be taken to do the electronics shops. I tried to take one just on the testing part of the site, and it says no tests available, although I can see all the other tests. I signed up for a couple, and there is a place where it says to take the quiz. I clicked on that, and got the same message. There are alot of these shops in my area, and I would like to do some, but I cannot access the test. I had to cancel the shops, and sent a screen shot to my scheduler of the message.Has anyone else had this problem? And how do I access this test?

A lot of shoppers seem that have the same issue. The test can be accessed from the top of your survey form. It will be a pop up. Please be sure your popup blocker is turned off. If your popup blocker is not turned off, you will be directed to the testing center where the survey is not listed.
