IPSOS Login Issues???

Is anyone else able to login to the IPSOS Shopmetrics website at the moment?

I can reach the ipsos.shopmetrics.com page, but when I click on the new link ishopforipsos.com/en_US/ link which has always worked for me previously, the page times out with "the site an't be reached" message. Is this the same way you reach the login page?

I’m also having issue reaching the Canadian site, [ishopforipsos.com] since about an hour and a half ago. Seems like their site is down.

I finally got in, but not through the normal ishopforipsos link on their page. I actually clicked on "Client Login" which I assumed was for their clients to use for logging in. I entered my US login info and got in. The login hung up on the news section, but I clicked home and it was my home page.

It worked for me and I submitted two shops successfully....

I followed what you did msimon-2000 and was able to login successfully by selecting ‘Shopper Access’, then logging in from there. Thanks!

I can not log in to the web site tonight. I really needed to. I guess it will have to wait until tomorrow.
