And before that, they were $20 plus up to $5 for reimbursement. There was no return required. So no need to wait the required 20 minutes before making the return. Pay has been decreasing while amount of time spent doing the shop has increased. How low can they go? Unfortunately people keep snapping up these shops.
But my point was that the curbside pickup shops paid the same $12 and gave you $5 reimbursement. I bought filters for my HVAC system on the shop, priced around $5.25 with tax.@foodluvr wrote:
I had no problem doing the purchase return shops as I didn't always need something from there and I could get the first half of the report written up in the car while I waited the 10 or so minutes to return. I also had a couple locations who refused the return so I got to keep the item.
Weren't you concerned that someone would notice that you'd done both an in-store pickup and curbside pickup at the same time and think that it was suspicious? Especially since you have to give your name for both?@wrosie wrote:
I used to do both the online order and curbside pickup and the purchase and return.
Maybe you had different shops than me. When they were doing the curbside shops, the second shop was order online, pickup, return. In that case, the pickup desk would have had your name for that and the curbside pickup.@wrosie wrote:
I never had to give my name for the store purchase and return.
It never crossed my mind that I would be noticed since I am dealing with different people, The cashier at the return desk is not who brings the order out to you.
