The USPS shops sometimes require that a package be mailed to a least a zone 5.

It's been a long time since I saw one of those shops, and I have not seen a zone 5 shop since the new program began this year.

I don't know where zone 5 from South Florida is, but I am willing to be your mailing buddy if zip code 891xx works.
