How many times would you take a test from a mystery shopping company?

I'm trying to get qualified for a shop. A 14 question test. I've taken the test several times, gone through the guidelines and test line by line. The problem is, they don't tell you what questions you got wrong or even the score you got. Feels like I'm just wasting my time. Many other sites show the question you missed of your score...this one tells you NOTHING!!!! Even in schools you're told what you missed. Had one test, where you watch a video and read the guidelines. When I got to the test, one of the questions was "What was the color of Bob's shirt?" LOL

Time to email the scheduler to ask for help. Most want to help.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I remember that test. I kept failing. The questions didn't all match the guidelines, and one question had two possible answers. The scheduler had to bail me out!
I remember the test that had 2 possible answers. You could only pick one answer and no matter which one you picked, you failed. The scheduler had to fix that one for me too.
I had one of those once and had to email the scheduler for help! These tests aren't always as straightforward as they seem, and, as Susan L. says, the answer choices don't always line up with the guidelines!

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

Makes you wonder if the people making these test ever take them or have ever done mystery shopping.
