Not easy for me: I recently moved to an area in FL where I could almost WALK to both BWW and TRH, so when I saw this post I looked at the top 15 list. I was already signed up with about 5, and had checked some of the others previously (and saw no food), but after reading this post I joined ALL 15 and I can't see BWW/TRH anywhere.

1. Marketforce - basically a one-trick burger pony (ok, 2)
2. Maritz - bought by Ipsos
3. Ipsos - can see their shops on Presto app already, and nothing food-related
4. Stericycle - out of business (so why are they on 'current top 15'?)
5. Intellishop - no food
6. Trendsource - nothing
7. GFK - also bought by Ipsos, so again: why on this list?
8. BestMark - waiting to renew my account, but nothing before, so I'm sure dead-end
9. Coyle - already signed up; they do restaurants, but reports are a nightmare
10. Bare - banking and grocery, no food
11. Gapbuster - now GBW (again, 'top 15' outdated) - oil-changes only, and I have Tesla
12. Ath - banking only
13. Sentry - dead (or near-death)
14. Sinclair - some grocery stores, almost nothing
15. Beyond Hello - only $28 auto test drives that would take 3 hours - beyond goodbye!!.

If I want QSR or sit-downs, which of the above numbers should I focus on (no breach of forum rules to pick a MSC for a category, right? I'm not asking for any evaluated company names)

#1, #3, #5 all have fast food/fast casual BIG national chains that are posted in Southern California area. I don't know who comprised this list or when they did it, but some of the information is outdated.
BWW is shopped by a Sassie company. It's not in the top 15 MSC's discussed right now but has over 100 discussions. That should narrow it down for you quite a bit. TRH is also shopped by a Sassie company and is on the official list but doesn't have over 100 discussions.

Party of 5 going to Texas Roadhouse this Friday. Second time visiting and first time I am doing this job. It will be a coupon towards our bill but it's all good (I hope).

Check with the scheduler. I don't believe discounts, like military discounts or coupons are allowed. It may get your shop rejected. Check to see if you can get a discounted gift card to pay for the meal, gift cards are acceptable.

I think OP means it's a discount towards a meal for five people but the guidelines say only bring one guest so I would check with the scheduler on your party size. But agree, coupons are not allowed normally.
Last TRH i did was in Vegas in December 2021. I don't remember the no coupon guideline. I signed up for their "club" and got a free appetizer. So either I did the shop wrong and still got paid or the coupon wasn't an issue. maybe things have changed.
Thanks for the recommendation on the chicken. I almost got it on my shop last night, but in the end went with the sirloin.

I was at Texas roadhouse this evening and ordered the Herbed Chicken and it was delicious, My partner ordered the 6 oz sirloin and it was a bit chewy, Everything else was delicious, We ordered from the Early bird menu and with the tip it was $35.

One of the best values on their menu at TRH is the fillet salad. It's a full-sized fillet portion and it's half the price of their regular filet.

Wow! I just looked and TXRH MSC is not in the top 15 but has at least a little over 31 threads according to the list. I hope this helps. BWW I'll have to wait until I get their next e-mail to suggest who to look for.

Are you saying you are considering the shop fee as a "coupon" towards your bill? A real coupon is not allowed on TXRH shops.

When I do a Texas Roadhouse shop, I consider the $25 to effectively be a discount and it serves the purpose of being a coupon. But, it is not literally a "coupon" and indeed an actual coupon or discount code is not permitted. for the shop.

Can someone confirm this? I have not seen BWW shops in a long time. Maybe it's just your local franchisee that does them? I am in NY.
I have seen BWW as a shop on SASSIE, but it's not really a restaurant shop. It's more of a bar shop. Have to sit in the bar, go later at night, make bar observations. It would not be a typical dining experience (unless they have changed things recently).

I searched NYC area and see one in Brooklyn. $15 plus $25 and can be any time after 1 PM. Same company that does the slice of pizza shop if that helps.

Thanks, I found that shop. As hbbigdaddy said, that's a bar shop.

And BTW, it's *two* slices of pizza this month. And they finally got rid of the requirement to purchase something with meat.

The company that has the TXRH account has something in common with the late supreme court justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Perhaps google the book/documentary about her.

I don't think there are any regular BWW meal shops anymore. All I every see are the bar shops, where you can order food, but the bar portion is the focus. I've applied for a few, but never got them, so I gave up.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

Yes, I just got notification about these being posted yesterday. Sadly, the ones in my area are not included. And as you mentioned, they are bar shops.(which I didn't notice initially since I would not have done any of them, anyway).
I just accepted a TRH curbside pickup with a $35 reimbursement, up from $25. Last year it was $30, then they dropped it to $25, now up to a new high!

Some of the Five Guys Shops have been increased. I refused to do them when it cost me money.

Looks like the dine in reimbursement was increased to $50 from $35.
Yes, I was going to post this, but could not find the current TRH thread to post it to and had to go out. Good to see that the takeout shop is also up.

Bar shop reimbursement is now $45.

I'm sure that all of the in-store shops are going up, they just missed some when they increased the reimbursement.
I think of the shops to restaurants I'd eat at anyway but don't cover the whole bill as coupons as well. My son just started working there though, so no more "coupon", but at least we have a steady supply of their rolls and cinnamon butter which is a treat!

Here in SoCal, a little burger, little fry and fountain drink was 17 and change. The 14.50 reimbursement didn't cover it. The pay was 20 bucks though.
I love Five Guys, but the price is heinous. The In N Out meal Double Double combo is still less than $10 ($9.60 after tax). I can basically get 2 combos for the price of 1 with 5 guys. If the price was like $11, I would take 5 guys, but not for $17. I've always said there were too many guys involved. Less guys would be a lower price :-)
