Reply to scheduler with "thank you"?

Curious what is good etiquette when communicating with schedulers. For instance, if I ask them a question about a job and they answer, is it be good form to send back a "thank you", or does that just needlessly fill up the inbox of a busy scheduler? What are your thoughts?

"Thanks in advance for any help you can provide" might do the trick without cluttering up their inbox.
'Thanks in advance' will work for having a routine question answered. When I was shorted payment for a job and scheduler took care of my concern I did send a Thank You message.
When I make any request, I sign off with, "Many thanks for all that you do."

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I try to ask politely when I need something changed, and when it gets changed, more often than not, I reply "Thank you!" And I almost always get a "You're Welcome" reply from them.
I always include a "thank you for considering...." or "thank you for your assistance," etc., when asking a question or a favor. If they can help me or they can't, I usually will dash off a quick "Thanks" or, "Thanks for trying" in reply. I like to let them know I appreciate their efforts, successful or not.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
I prefer a 'Thank you' response so the scheduler knows that the explanation, modification or clarification has been received and understood.
I give a "thank you" or "okay" in reply so the scheduler knows I got the message. They are schedulers so their email boxes are probably always full. Only exception might be when they've made a change on sassie and the notice comes with an automatic confirmation link.
Thanks are courteous and sometimes complete a series of messages. Once, I made a scheduler laugh when I acknowledged what they put up with because of us IC's.

I like to email the scheduler with a short "Hi, Looking forward to work with you. New to this field....happy for any advice you can provide.." when I start shopping for a new MSC by assigning a shop. If I get a reasonable response, it's more likely the MSC is not overloading their schedulers and a mutually beneficial association is more likely.
Just yesterday, I had a great exchange with Elise at RBG. I'm looking forward to working with her and getting those assignments squared away.
