I will also verify that this is a legitimate deal. I have not been able to find the same set up anywhere for less than $600. If you have any trouble with contact through email, call Measure CP and ask for Barbara at 502-749-6100.

I just got paid $900 for work I did in March. I didn't even do it full time and yes I bought the equipment from Barbara and took the class. I spent a total of $500 plus about $12.00 for a shirt and have already made it back and then some. I hate I hadn't started sooner.

Carrie Porhammer runs a small company that trains and certifies video shoppers for a consortium of about 7 major video shopping companies. Google undercover essential, or seach here and/or on the volition forum for it. Video shopping DOES require training and is not for everyone. But, the companies pay most of Caarrie's feees, so the cost to the shopper is just $99. Cosidering that the average video shop pays about $75, saving slightly more than one shop from rejection pays for the course.

I do not work for Carrie, but I have video shopped for 6 years and love it.

Also, EPMS will mail you equipment for their video shops. You can try that, see how they do and then decide if you want to purchase.

Most video shopping companies will ship equipment on loan for a few shops. That way you can find out how something that has been banged around in transit and mis-handled by a dozen novie shoppers will perform. If that equipment is reasonably reliable, you can bet that when you have your own, personal, equipment of the same sort, it will perform much better. And, of course, when you have your own equipment nearly every company will add a bonus to your shop because they don't have to ship and track equipment for you. One company provides equipment for $% rental. If you have your own they pay a $10 bonus. That's a $15 difference to your net income, depending on whose equiment you use.

Being a good video shopper does take practice. I suggest as stated above that you do a few video shops with the equipment provided by the company and see if this is right for you. The laws have changed and the company has to make it look as though you are renting the equipment for a fee. They can no longer just provide the equipment to you. I strongly suggest that if you are going to do video shops on a regular basis that you purchase your own equipment. Check with your credit card company and see some of the extras that your card provides. Some credit card purchases have from the credit card company a built in warranty protection on purchase of electronic items. I know that what Measure sales has a 1 year warranty on the equipment but you may have an additional warranty built into your credit card that includes things like theft. You make more money if you own your own equipment. I have already done 5 video shops this month that paid over 300.00. Sure saves a lot on gas and wear on your vehicle.
