Screen shot of call log for non-recorded call?

I want to take one of these calls where I would change my cell phone plan. BUT, it requires a "Screenshot of your call log to prove that you called the right phone number." My call log will be on my phone. how do I use my phone to take a screen shot of that? I am confused!

Depends on your phone, but on my iPhone I press the on/off button and top volume control button simultaneously to get a screenshot.
most phones will take a screenshot by pressing some combination of buttons, such as volume down and the power button at the same time. on mine, I have to hit it just right and hold, but it will take it, and automatically save it to downloads. I did have one phone that absolutely would not do it, but most will. good luck!
On a Samsung it is usually Volume down and the Power key.

On my Motorola Android, in setup there is an option where you can select to place three fingers on the screen, and it will take a screen shot. See if you can find that option. It's real easy.
Depends on your device. I have a Samsung Galaxy flip and its volume up plus power button pressed together. Just look in your device's manual or Google it and it will tell you how to take a screenshot.

It will normally "flash", "blink", "hesitate" or "hiccup" when you have successfully taken the screen shot. Sorry, I couldn't really find a word to describe it, but you'll know when you see it. Mine also clicks, but that depends on how your settings are.

It may be under screenshots or thumbnails on your phone depending on the phone
Well, my problem (not really a problem) is I am always taking random screenshots when I try to do something on my phone. I end up with lots of shots of the home screen etc. I really should pay attention to how I am doing that because it probably would be useful when done correctly. It's a Samsung Galaxy S10e.

There are multiple ways of doing a screenshot on an Android phone, including Samsung. I swipe left to right with the side of my hand, which is a gesture. This Samsung link will show you multiple ways to accomplish a screenshot: [www.samsung.com]

I know I can swipe to get an easy screen shot, so that must be what I am also doing inadvertently when opening my phone.
