Welcome! I see that you are new here. While we love to share a great deal of information, there are some things we can't tell you. For example, if you mention the name of an MSC or a client, we can discuss those with you. If you mention both names, we must remind you not to post both the name of a client and its MSC. You will need to remove the name of the MSC, the name of the client, or both names. Thank you. smiling smiley

Who said so? Why did they say it?!
I can't see what your question was since it was deleted, but I can tell you that I don't think HyVee is moving to a new company. I believe they have discontinued the mystery shopping program as a cost cutting measure. There was a full-page ad in my local newspaper explaining their cost cutting measures due to high labor costs/labor shortages and other issues that are currently affecting many businesses. Last month they cut 500 office positions and offered those employees in-store positions instead, and just today they announced another 57 positions cut from the corporate office.

^^^^WOW! That's quite a cutback, isn't it?? ^^^^ No wonder they may have ended their MS program, if indeed they have.
