Intellishop Brand Standards Auditor Qualification I test

I need some help here. I’ve taken this test twice, failed both times and I can’t figure out what I am getting wrong. It’s one question, I think. I didn’t upload a resume as mine isn’t current - that section of the test said I didn’t have to if I didn’t have a current one. Is it docking me for that maybe?

I took the test and passed (but not perfectly) so I took it again and failed. I ended up taking it 4 or 5 times - never did make a perfect score but I haven't received any kind of job offers even though I passed more than once. Have you tried contacting one of their schedulers? They are generally very helpful and will most likely point you in the right direction.

Is that the test that has a bunch of pictures in it? One with a first aid kit, and another of a hallway with a bunch of boxes? If so, for the life of me, I can't pass it, and I'm sure it's because of those two photo questions.
