They keep disappearing and reappearing. I was just tearnng my hair out about it. Had another shipping shop today way out of my way and hoped to do one. Nope, wasn't available. Now that I'm back home, it's back. Same for the other one I was right next to today. When I was there it wasn't available. From my couch, and outside of 12 hours of a post office being open again, they are all available.

I was coming here to complain about this very thing. Do I come off as irked? I kind of am. Lol. There must be some kind of Murphy's Law to these presto shops...

All I can say is... try again tomorrow. Or sometimes the computer vs. mobile shows different availablity.

I just checked presto for one type of mailing shop that was available earlier today. There were none on presto. Two minutes later I signed into the msc website and they were all still available.

Was it a blue pin insta shop or an orange pin? The blue pins make me lose my mind. Lol.
I like how it's called a "micro" shop (not). It's the same amount of time and effort as the regular (macro?) Shop. Micro must refer to the pay and reimbursement. There's nothing micro about waiting in a long line.

With the exception of 1 or 2 post offices In my area waiting in lines isn't usually a consideration. The most people I've ever seen at this little town PO where I'm at is 3. And they are usually there to gossip, not necessarily to conduct business.
I've noticed this about the Circle K MS on presto map and asked the scheduler about it and she told me the pins fall of the map and come back later because they prepay presto. And I guess when those prepay funds are used up with people across the world completing these MS, the take pins down until the get more money from the MS Company.

I've never done one of these - but I have a hard time trusting the MSC's time estimates on shops these days. One shop was released a month or so ago and the advertisement (?) email stated that it should only take about 15 minutes of your time. Fine, no problem - as long as it's true. If it is true, why do they have a warning pop up and a checkbox that you must verify if your 'Shop In' and 'Shop Out' time computes to less than 20 minutes? Just wondering... winking smiley
