The one I wanted to do had to be between 5-8. I had wanted to do it at lunch time. I had trouble with the scheduler stating it was a lunch shop. I even sent her the information showing once I accepted the shop and asked her to cancel it

She still didn't believe me and instead of cancelling it gave me a 1 on the shop since I did not do it.

Let me guess, her initials were N.A.? Sounds like a stunt she would pull.
That stinks.

My scheduler is awesome, has changed dinner to lunch and vice versa. Also, I have done 5 in one day.

I know she had to wrangle stuff to get that approved.

No, but I have no love for N.A. either. She gave me a "1" this month because she claims she didn't get the e-mail I sent her through the contact button to reschedule a TXRH curbside shop for two days later.

Always save a screenshot when communicating with her.
I have a better idea than a screenshot. If it is financial feasible, simply refuse to be involved in business with a scheduler who is rectal. As, in this case, the thread deals with Arby's, take pride in your position as a human deserving respect and pay for your food.

No one can tell you the company in this thread, since the Client has already been named.
Full of seE creatures

Its like a flat ocean
Arby's was not shopped in my area this time around...

Hopefully, they will be shopped next month in my area..

I did not know that she works for this MSC..
No AFAIK Nikki Attkins does not work for the MSC doing Arbys. How Nikki is still a scheduler for any MSC at this point is a real mystery. My guess is it was probably Barb Harris on this one, but I am not sure, and it is based on my own experience which outside of Barb has been nothing but great with this arbys MSC.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
It's Leah Green right now for some California locations. I have seen Jennifer LaClair and Juli Matejka as well in the past.
I think they all rotate and help each other out on multiple clients. I have seen some client's projects with emails from multiple schedulers the same day for same locations. I was just saying my guess as for the scheduler on the Arby's who gave Worsie a 1 was Barb. Again, just a guess based on experience.

N.A. does NOT work for the MSC that does Arby's. The companies that she does work for are the ones with IC Schedulers that the MSC doesn't care how the schedulers treat the IC shoppers. Both her and the other lying cheater, E.R. can go pound sand. I'll never do another job with either of their names on them.
N.A. gave me a "1" on a shop i asked to cancel because i found out i was exposed to someone who had symptomatic covid. So i got dinged for doing the the very thing i was supposed to do.
The Arbys shops here are definitely at a set time. They are OK if i an gig to be there for that time and if I like the special, but they are low pay so it's only if convenient.
My son asked me to check for Arby's shops today, there are none for any price within 90 miles.. I guess we wait.. I wasn't hungry anyway.. lol
Arby's are very infrequent, plus they don't have as many locations as other fast food places. You can easily find JITB, RC, 5G, PE shops all the time.

Yes and no. There's no Jack in the Box in this state, and I don't know about Raising Cane's, but I've never seen one, not here or in CA before I left. The pandas in our area are all gone too. I did the last ones that were available last week. The 5 guys that I normally do, has make an offer, but they won't take my offers. I believe that dinner is at home tonight and every night for the next week, at least. lol

Sounds like you didn't pick a good place to move to to keep your mystery shopping going. This is a hobby for me, but I keep telling myself that I will leave California at some point. I know if I left, I would have to pick a place where I could still shop food places since I am not going to cook and wifey is more of a baker than a cooker.

Bigdaddy,

I do cook, and bake for that matter. I'm old, and my Grandma made sure we all learned to cook. But I'm fairly sure that I am the only one of the 4 of us that still does. I cook, can, and bake through most of the winter so that I don't have to when it's hot. I can also cook and bake on my gas grill outside. I also smoke meat, for storage (jerky and for reconstition for stews later) and for eating right now (things like pulled pork and smoked brisket). Up until very recently I baked ALL of the bread we ate. And I do NOT like the stinky pre-made stuff they sell at grocery stores.

When I was growing up we ate at home, we took food with us on road trips to avoid having to spend money at restaurants (fast food was mostly unheard of, McDonald's was still new).

I can't eat a lot of fast food, and that doesn’t bother me at all.

I think you would do well in southeastern TX, where the yuppies gather around Austin and San Antonio. But I don't know if they have JITB either, I probably would have stopped to eat there a few more times on the trip east if I'd realized they weren't anywhere near here. But maybe not, because I was sick of JITB shops and the fact that their foods all taste the same.
