Kroger shops

I know the pick up are limited to 8 per period and 1 per location. Does that apply to self checkout and full service? For example, if I have 8 pick up shops, can I still do the self checkout or full service? Would they have to be at locations where I didn't pick up?
No, I think there's a total of like 20 on that one. I always do a pickup and an in-store to maximize my time and proceeds.

Has anyone seen the competitor shops this month? I haven't seen any in my area yet, even in the big cities. And yeah I'm sure they'll probably post as soon as I post this, but I was just curious if maybe it's a competitor that's not in my region or something this month.

I haven't seen any competitor ones in my area (Cincinnati)

I've been doing some pickup shops this week, and I notice that I'm getting free shipping (well under $35) as well as "goodie bags" with various samples. Anyone else?

Yes for both. I got two different goodie bags.
I did a pickup shop today. They were 2 hours late with my order, so they took $20 off and didnt have a big ticket item. My order came to 61 cents. Luckily i was able to reschedule it for another day.
That is so weird as in the Kroger's in my hometown they are just the regular employees who take turns at the self checkout. I asked on about the self checkout and she said she loved it as it got more people checked out faster.
If you did not notice already, they were released today. I got 21 shops including several competitor pick ups.

Not able to self-assign my usual locations... change to the rotation?

It's probably the thing where some pickups require an in-store shop to be paired with them. Request the shop by email, and the scheduler will assign both.
I got a lot of shops. Both in store and pick up. I did not pair pick up with in store.
There may be opportunity to add $10 to your grocery shop if there are Western Union shops (with a different MSC) inside the Kroger stores on the same day as your shop. All of them in my area have to be done on 8/15, but I managed to find one aligned to my grocery shop.

There are no pick ups on mine but sometimes they come out later. Hoping they pop up.

If you've reached your limit in this calendar month you won't be able to self assign. After the start date of the new cycle, you might be able to self assign your regulars.
I got it sorted out.

In my area the pickup shops came out with regular shops. Competitor shops came out then too. Including Competitor pickup shops. I'm in Southern California.
I got it figured out.

Anyone successfully get a gift card for the instore shops? I didn't notice anything in the guidelines that would prevent this from being counted as one of the items.

It was not allowed under the former MSC. I'm not sure about the current one but I would double check with Lauren.

I just checked with my scheduler she said no.

Yes but I imagine guidlines are the same.

Sure but people are using names like that’s the only scheduler.
Each month I claim the max shops allowed, since Kroger is my normal shopping spot. These supplement my grocery shopping. And the report is much easier with the "new" MSC.
