Quiz for Postal Shops

II am not new to mystery shopping and have used the Sassie platform over and over, but just signed up for Shopmetrics.
I have signed up for the regular Postal shipping shops, and have been assigned one.
I am having difficulty with part of the quiz. I keep missing one, and I believe it may be the questionnaire info for the first part of the shop.
I do not have access to the questionnaire, until I pass the quiz. I guess it is assumed that one has completed shops through Shopmetrics before.
I do see in the general training that the time entered at the top is the date, time, etc. you begin the shop. That’s what I chose for the answer.
In addition, It’s possible that I am missing the one that asks if the shop will be voided if we ship a box smaller than one pound. The guidelines say it MAY be voided, but it doesn’t say it WILL be voided. I have watch the FRED video and the read the guidelines at least 8 times each. I have taken the quiz 9 times now without success, as I cannot figure out which one I am missing. I am so afraid to take quiz 10 as I do not want to be excluded from the program. I am frustrated as I do have common sense and an IQ over 100, yet this quiz has me baffled.
I am wondering if you have any advice for me?

You might first call the scheduler. I know that the old company scheduler for this client would give you the answers if you used up all your attempts and still could not pass the test.

When you retake the quiz after failing it, each question answered wrongly will be indicated in red at the beginning of the question. Even if you missed 2 questions the first time, you should need no more than 8 attempts to try all answer combinations. You must have missed a lot of questions the first time to have taken the test 9 times without success. The picture that shows several people waiting in line actually has, according to this client, only 2 customers in line. It looks like more from the angle of the photo, but apparently they all are only 2 customer groups. I think I wrote down the correct answers, but they are on my desk at home, and I am over 300 miles from home. So I cannot help you with those until August.

I am looking at the guidelines right now, under the heading, "PREPARE YOUR SHIPPING BOX," next to last bullet point.
The package should be 12" x 12" x 12" or smaller and be between 1 - 2 lbs. Immediately to the right of this instruction is a blue rectangle with white letters that read, "Make sure your package weighs at least 1 lb."
Thank you so much for your response. I actually only missed one the first time, but coukd not figure out what I was missing. I did not see the red dot ???? before the one I missed. I will check that out. I saw a gold dot after some questions on retries, but several did not have, even when I only missed one. I will get backto you after my last attempt!
Thank you for answering! For the box size question, I was weighinh the difference between the “may” and “will” language. I went with the “ the will” for my response. I appreciate your help!
PS: I did count it as 2 in line. Thank you so much for verifying my answer on the quiz!
I just went through and all of my new responses have a gold dot after all of them. None have a red dot ???? before them. I am hoping all are correct!
I just submitted with all gold dots, and still missing one question! I went back in and none have a red dot, I am so frustrated!
Turns out they are giving 16 attemts even though the directions say 10. I think I’ll rest on this for a bit…
Call the MSC. They love getting phone calls. I'm not sure if they are there on Saturday, Sunday though.
I normally copy the tests and answers onto a Word doc., and save to my computer. However, I assigned 9 of the shops and was in a rush to leave for my route. So I just wrote the answers on a notebook that I left on my desk.
As I recall, the questions answered correctly were green print. Those answered incorrectly were printed in red (just above the multiple choice answers). I never saw any gold dots. PM me with your answers if you like. I might be able to remember the correct answers if I see the test again. I cannot pull it up from the MSC.

Thank you so much everyone! I finally earned 100! I took a shot at changing my answer to number 8 which asks how many work stations are staffed and shows one clerk visibly, and another station with a man standing there. I thought I could see the arm and hair of the clerk, so I said 2. I went back and reevaluated because a man was filling out papers, so I guess they figure we would know not to count this. Any post office I have been it has a separate place to fill out paperwork, not at a workstation; I still think I can see the clerks arm...but anyway.... Thank you for all of your kindness in helping me!
