Some of the companies take longer than others to pay. Although it is not across the board, what you are describing is not unheard of. My patience has tanked with one of them in particular on this point as well. Combine that with pay that drops by the cycle on the very same shops for the same amount of work and schedulers who don't have time to answer questions that may impact whether or not your shop is even accepted. Yep, frequently in the same company. I know a lot of businesses have had a hard time over the pandemic, but mystery shoppers have to eat and even have bills to pay too, and some MS companies are just flat not worth the time and effort. Not to be a negative Nelly, there are a lot of good MS companies out there too, so I try to keep my focus on the positive, my eyes open for new opportunities and move on from the problematic as quickly as possible.

"Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg."
