Just signed on for a drive thru shop a Panda Express- seems there are a lot of timings, has anyone done one and if so are the timings as difficult as they seem?

Yes, several.
No, piece of cake.
Hardest, or most time-consuming, is the two required narratives. You must comment on each negative answer.
They are not bad. Make sure to time from when you finish ordering to when you get your order. This requirement was not in the guidelines but is included in the input form.
When you drive up to the screen to order turn on the video on your phone to record and you'll have all the timings. You'll be able to tell in the video when you drive up to the window to get your food and when they hand it to you. I'm not sure if this round they'll still be asking about masks but you can make oral notes and it's all recorded for completing the report.
I use the ULTRACHRON timer on my Samsung (free version). I never change the way I do timings. I start when I get in line and hit lap each time something happens. Another register is opened, I hit lap. I reach the counter, I hit lap. I finish ordering, I hit lap. I receive my order, I hit lap.

This way regardless of the MSC and what they want, I have the timings for every scenario. I even can add EXTRA detail like (additional register being opened after a specific amount of time).

I know certain shops don't ask how long you waited in line, but if I do the timing the same way every time, I don't have to worry about which shop I am on and what way they want it done. I have ALL the data and use the info they need.
Great tip. And you can also do this with the stopwatch on an iPhone or Apple Watch - tapping lap at each segment needed.
Did Panda change MSC again? The one I have been signing up with no longer has any for October. PM me if you know the new MSC. Thanks

I have both iphone and samsung. I use my samsung for shops. The Ultachron app gives a starting time down to the second ex (12:14:22) and it also has a history so it can be looked at even if you start a new timing. In addition, you can email/share the recording if you want.

I also use the samsung for my pictures. I don't like Iphone pics as I cannot tell down to the second which picture is which. Maybe there is a way, but it's not obvious to me. I only see 12:14. But with samsung, if i take multiple pictures within the same minute I see 12:14:22, 12:14:23, 12:14:27, etc

I use the Shop It app and record as I go. The "pro version" of the app, which cost all of $3.50 or so, times to the second on the recordings, so it's a piece of cake.
Just to be clear, there is a way to see the seconds on an iPhone photograph timestamp. And the stopwatch on an iPhone or Apple Watch do show the seconds and milliseconds.
I find it easily with samsung. i'm NOT saying it's not there Apple, but I don't see it immediately and I'm not aware of how to look for it, nor do I want to take extra steps to see this info.

As far as the stop watch, I'm not saying apple does not show seconds or milliseconds. It does not give the STARTING TIME when you began the stopwatch counter. It also does NOT allow you to email this data.

The app i use allow me to send/save so I can refer back to this at another time in the future (if needed).
