Just my 2 cents here. Most shopping companies--in my experience--if you're late or miss the filing deadline, they send you an e-mail to tell you, they notify you that you're tardy, or make some other contact.
I tried to do a delivery shop for this customer and the MS Company who is running them. I placed my order at 6:55 PM and by midnight, I was still filling out the form having to reference the price points for the dozens and dozens of various colas, teas, smoothies, bottled beverages, coffees, dessert drinks, etc... The deadline, as I understood it was midnight and I had had enough of this shop already so I contacted the company via the SASSIE interface and simply told them that I couldn't finish before midnight. Now, I imagine they would have given me more time. But I really didn't want it. LOL.
I kept waiting for a reply stating as much. None came. I kept waiting for some infraction to be applied. None was. I kept waiting for a message of some kind. None came.
I wonder if they are overwhelmed with dissatisfied mystery shoppers or are just not that attentive normally. I have done other shops for the MSC in question and they were very attentive. On these other shops, I apologized for a mishap during a shop and they assured me it was okay---a communication that was not mandatory.
I'd love to be a fly on the wall at their office and see what is going on behind the curtain.
Just be cool folks.
