My son was with me, in the car, not in the store. And I did the reports while he dashed. Just like almost every other time. I did the reports in the order they happened, and submitted the pick up shop first. Then about 40 minutes later, I finished the in-store shop report and submitted it. The pick up shop had already been accepted and was included in the list of shops approved for payment. Then bright and early this morning, I got an email saying that my shop has been withdrawn. I won't be reimbursed. And The scheduler, who usually answers right away, or within the hour, has not responded at all.
Does anyone have a clue what's going on? I know I did the shop correctly.
I always do my in-store first and submit it and then wait a few minutes and do the pickup. That way I don't have any possible overlap and I have a few minutes in between. I would email Lauren if you haven't already.
