Kroger November shops... no pickups?

I won't be reimbursed. And The scheduler, who usually answers right away, or within the hour, has not responded at all.

Does anyone have a clue what's going on? I know I did the shop correctly.

I always do my in-store first and submit it and then wait a few minutes and do the pickup. That way I don't have any possible overlap and I have a few minutes in between. I would email Lauren if you haven't already.

Foodluvr, I have, twice now. But there was no overlap. I keep the timings separate. And I didn't start the time on the inside shop until after I was inside the store (shop it app on my phone). I have the pics of the time from the dash in my car, set by satelite, on my phone, so there isn’t any guessing. I don’t think that is why my shop was withdrawn.

When I scheduled these shops the scheduler was Lauren, now they all say the scheduler's name is Kelly. I have no idea what is going on, and no one is answering my emails.

NO Kroger in store or pick ups in my area. (I check daily). There are never competitor shops in my area. Luckily another MSC has a regional chain in my area that being shopped. $5.00 fee $15.00 reimbursement or $10.00 fee $10.00 reimbursement, guess they can't settle on a fee/reimbursement.

FYI, the issue I was having was not of my making. And with the help of our new scheduler, Kelly, it's all fixed now.
