Shop Hold Pay - Self Assigned with a $5 Bump

I did a shop and entered the data into the incorrect location. I immediately emailed the company to let them know, asking if they could clear the data and send the report back to me. They said they would, no issues. I entered the data into the correct location and it was approved.

A few days later the shop is rejected and my pay is held. The location is reposted with a $5 bump and I self assigned the location. I completed the shop, it was approved and while my shopper score took a hit, I wasn't out any money and everything ended well.

I was fortunate this time as I have had shops where I made errors and they cost me a few bucks.

Anyone else have this happen?

Cap, nope. When I do stupid stuff like tgat I ask my scheduler to send it back to me and I explain what an idiot I was. She has always sent the shop back to me so I could correct my stupidity.
This happened once with a $20.00 station audit. Card machines were out of order. I didn't purchase gas at the pump took pics, stated the reason. Rejected. Audit re-listed at $50.00. I re-self assigned and re-shopped. Approved.

I did some gas station audits where two stations had very similar addresses and also looked kind of alike.. I put the photos from the wrong station into a report, but caught it before submitting. I replaced the photos with the correct photos. The editor went snooping to see the replaced photos, and concluded I had shopped the wrong location and flat out rejected the shop without asking or anything. My first rejection. I didn't bother returning in this case, if I remember correctly, and let them pay someone else a lot more.
