Problem with Pictures Uploading for Second to None

I do a lot of the shops for Second to None. I upload using the app. Lately, almost half of my shops have come back for clarification because the pictures aren't uploading. I click on upload, choose my photo in camera roll, click save and it's there. Then when I say close, it's blank. Sometimes the pictures go through though. Sometimes they don't. To upload again, I have to go through the website and not through the app.

I use Android. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. It even forced me to do a new install yesterday but still the same problem.

I also wonder if it's just on my end or if it's also based on which editor sees it and maybe something on their end.

I don't want to be banned and I want to get this fixed. Any ideas?

I've had it happen twice this month while using the app. I expect it's become a known issue and shouldn't affect your rating.
The was an update it forced me to download the other day. But i have only had real trouble uploading the receipt pics one time. And they took the shop from me. But when I talked to the scheduler she went above and beyond to get the shop back so I could fix it and get paid for it.
I am experiencing this too.
What works for me is to upload a second picture of my receipt.
After that, the first uploaded photo becomes visible (don't know how or why).
Then you delete the duplicate upload and submit the report.
This also works if you are uploading multiple screenshots of a receipt from a grocer's mobile app. If I need 3 screenshots to capture the whole receipt, I upload the last page twice, and then delete the duplicate last page.
