Targeted Apartment Shop

Just wondering what percentage of people finally reach their target on the phone and then get a pass off when you reach the property? So far I found I am ALWAYS passed off if my target is anyone with a manager title. In all cases the manager asks the leasing agent to do the tour,

This also happens if I reach a manager on a shop anyone job. When I arrive I am always passed off. In many cases they tell me about the probability of a pass off on the phone.

I am just worried that I am now at about 30 percent pass off rate.

That rate does seem somewhat high, but it might just be the particular client management company. Some of them have managers who just plain don't want to interact with prospects at all. If you are concerned, ask your scheduler. is my advice.

For targeted shop, unless stated, I usually try to go within three hours of reaching my target. That way, he or she has no time to go anywhere. I reached my target yesterday and told him that I'd be there in twenty minute..lol. The MSC is fine with that tactic.

I think most managers feel as though as long as there is another agent present they don't have to give tours. Typical Manager.

I wouldn't worry about it. All you can do is what's available when you get to the location. I do a lot of work for this company and they understand what we go through.
