Phone shop

I started a senior living phone shop yesterday. Directions say if you call first time and are not transferred to target make excuse to hang up and call next day asking for target. Full directions say do not leave message unless you can record call back. I have no way to do that. So yesterday I called target voice mail came on. I said I was on my way out and would call tomorrow
Well it is the day to call now and I am not sure what to do if I get voice mail again, say something or just hang up not to appear like a shopper
Directions further say if you get voice mail twice contact scheduler.
Wrote to scheduler twice asking whether to say something or just hang up if I get target voice mail today and on reply. Shop due date tomorrow so I must call today.
Any advice?

My advice is to call again. If you get voicemail, don't leave your number. Email the scheduler. I the scheduler doesn't reply by early evening, submit the report. in every text box, indicate what happened and that many questions have to be answered but don't apply.

If I was you I would call again and if I got voice mail do as pervious person said- contact scheduler and report in. No more playing phone games!
