Server told me all about the secret shoppers.....

The manager at a restaurant went around giving out awards to some servers today. My server got two and was all hepped up about it. I asked her what was going on and she told me she'd passed her secret shopper's test. She told me all about the program while I was nodding and responding in surprise that such a program existed. I congratulated her secretly to myself because she'll get another award next month after I write my report for this visit. lol

Today I Will Choose Joy!

how funny, I once went back to a shop to actually buy a product and the manager said, "are you a mystery shopper?" I said No, why, what's that?" he said Oh the day you were here i got a report and could have sworn it was you... I was like really? He said he was trying to narrow it down to customers he had on that day?! Should have figured the high price merchandise would let him narrow it down!

That is wonderful. I was so excited to do a revealed shop earlier in the week. After I revealed to the manager I made it a point to congratulate the server as well, because she hit every mark, and also was amazing with my children.
