I had a tax shop today, what would you do in this situation?

There were 2 employees, both had customers. I sat and waited. One customer kept talking to the employees about movies, sports, family friends, politics. I waited for over an hour, while this person never shut up and the employees appeared to be his friend. Do you put this in your report? I did finish the shop, but feel i shouldn't have stayed there over an hour. what would you have done?

Report exactly what you observed without opinion:

For example "Two employees were each assisting customers when I arrived. One employee engaged in non-business-related conversation with their customer for 20 minutes, even though they saw me waiting."

As far as the time you stayed, what the did directions state with regard the amount of time you were required to wait for assistance?
