Audio upload from smartphone?

So after getting my employee recording, how is it transfered to my computer? via usb cable or bluetooth?
Or is it easier to open the report in my phone to upload the audio?

Many Thanks.

Is your phone Apple or Android?

On Apple it seems easier to transfer the file to the computer and complete the form there -otherwise your file is hard to find on your phone.

It's much much much easier to record and upload using Apple products. Airdropping saves a ton of time instead of using slow wifi or data or using a wired connection.

Besides! much of it is tax deductible.

But the cameras aren't as good, and the apps are limited.

But for mystery shopping? Easy peasy.
On your phone, click on the 3 dots with a circle (or the box with arrow pointing up) and “save to files.”

From there, you can typically upload files you saved on your phone to whatever the Mystery Shopping Company uses for its platform.

Honestly, redundant steps to transfer to the computer unless you’re anal on filing stuff away on your computer and not simply your phone.

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.

I have an Android also. Here is something that might work. Whatever recording app you have ought to let you rename your file, so you could rename it to something easily recognizable, like MSC audio or something similar. Then, if you have a File Manager app on your phone (if not, there are many in the App store), check and make sure it's there with the name you've given it. Once you know it's there, if you have the option of uploading it to whatever app you're using for the MSC job, browse to that file name through your File Manager app and upload it. If you have to upload it to your computer, you can then email it to yourself and add it as an attachment.....as long as your email doesn't have a limit on the size of the attachment. If it does, then you'll have to transfer it via USB cord from your phone to your computer. Hope this at least gives you some ways to think about getting your audio file to your MSC job!
What if I simply open the report in my phone just to upload the audio, then save the report and open it up finishing it on my laptop or desktop?
Did this one time with uploading a pic when my scanner died.

Can an audio file be sent via bluetooth from phone to computer as done with pics?

Thanks Much.

That's usually what I do as the files are too big to email to myself.

You could also save to Google Drive or Dropbox (or whatever cloud type program you use) to call up later when you're working on the desktop/laptop.
