Many, if not most, have at least some phone shops. They are as varied as any other shops. I've seen fees as low as 50 cents and on up from there, with most in the $3-5 range. They may be set up calls to have someone call you back and see how fast that happens. They may be just straightforward evaluations of telephone courtesy with a little information gathering. They may be run through recorded lines. It just all depends on what is felt to be the best approach for the client to get their information.
