What does this job pay? Do you get more if you find bottles on the shelf or less if you don't?
Do you ship it back to them on their shipper number?

I have shipped over 40 boxes (16x16x15.5) back to them.
Each box holds 12 of the regular size or 4 of the gallon bottles.

I did a test run at my local store and it only had like 3 bottles, so I scheduled a route of 10 today and ended up with 91 bottles to ship, of which about 30 are the gallon jugs. A bit more work than I was expecting... especially when you figure in the time it will take to pack them. A bit messy as well, dealing with some leaky caps here and there. Just glad I had room for all the bottles.

Any particular place you are getting boxes? I just picked up some 17x11x13's from Walmart, but I haven't used them yet.

I haven't done recalls in a while.
Are the recalls being done by a company that's based out of IL?

Some stores (many for me) have more than one box full of product. It is not in the directions but say store #1 has 14 regular size bottles and store #2 has 4 bottles...
All products will fit in 2 boxes.
You are too put the form for store #1 in box 1 and write on the bottom of the form '1of 2' and the form for store #2 in box 2 ALONG with a regular sheet of paper that says store #1 address/ number and '2 of 2'.
Basically you have to make sure they know which products came from which store....
Not fun when dealing with so much product it won't even fit in your car.

I asked what to do if a return from one store will take multiple boxes, and they told me to just put the two receipt pages in one of the boxes... which means many boxes will have no paperwork in them. That doesn't sound right to me, but that's what I was told.
Frustrating that they didn't clarify the shipping procedures, when they know there are going to be multiple boxes from individual stores, as well as boxes that combine multiple stores.

I guess it depends on who you ask! Lol
Maybe I won't stress then about it.

Recalls? Interesting! Are these assigned by an MSC or by the companies issuing the recalls? I may need to do some research and try these.

The client has been named (Fabuloso/ Colgate) so the company doing them can not.

Of course! I understand that, just wondering if these were assigned by an MSC (not asking which one) or by the companies issuing the recalls. Thanks!

Search this site for "recall" and look at the candy recall thread. It will give the company.

The shipping label has the store number and reference number on it. This is why you have to go to the website to request the labels, and enter the store number and number of boxes. So while the box may not have any paperwork inside of it, the shipping label on the outside has the reference info they need to understand which store the product is from. Label #1 should go on the box that includes the Withdrawal slip. Label #2, etc goes on the next boxe(s) without any paperwork inside.
