Are you allowed to change the scenario if there are no drive-in stalls? I have a Sonic in my area that doesn't have a drive-in. It's dine in or drive-thru only. I keep seeing a drive-in shop posted for this location. I can't see the GL without taking the shop and I don't want to take a shop I may not be able to complete since it's in Sassie with no scheduler. Do the GL for the drive-in shop address this? TIA
@panama18 I had the opposite situation where the task called for drive-in stall, but they were only doing drive thru orders that day. I think they said it was a scheduling problem. There was no issue with the job since I just had to explain what happened.
The fine print of the guidelines say if you find you can't do the assigned scenario, you can change to one you can do, but you have to document this in the narrative, and be sure your exterior photo shows, too.
Yes, I had a drive-in stall location and when I pressed the red button to order the order taker said they were only doing drive-thru, today. So, I entered the long drive-thru line, to still get paid, and explained in the narrative and got paid.
