CCTV and Competitor Shops

I love it when the shop guidelines say that the client has video and they will review to validate shops. I personally think a small number of companies actually do this.

I really love it when they say this in competitor shop guidelines. Home Depot is competitor shopping Lowe’s and the guidelines say that Lowe’s has cameras and they will review. For a competitor shop? Highly unlikely. That and the store doesn’t have 100% camera coverage, so I wonder what they would be reviewing?

Sounds like they wouldn't review video on a competitor shop. I have been reviewed once that I've been told about. It was a grocery store.

Lowes: "Go suck an egg."

How were you informed? Did they dispute the shop?

The MSC just let me know I must stand behind my grocery cart not pull it behind, me.
The cashier hadn't noticed an item under the cart. So, maybe she disputed that, they didn't really tell me. I was paid.

I know other videos of me have been reviewed for shops. I've been asked what I was wearing, my hair colour, etc. so they could locate me on the recording.

I've noticed that sometimes with competitor shops, they use the same form with a few minor modifications, so it could have been something like that, or a copy/paste.
