I have never seen a rep. The locations that I have shopped have been staffed by two to three employees that hop from brand to brand within the department.

Yes, unless I go on Sunday or a Saturday where she is not working I am almost guaranteed to get the Chanel rep.

I have not seen a rep on Saturdays. A competitor was using the counter. She gave me samples.
