I finished a shop but it keeps saying 1 error?

I have a shop due today with Intellishop. I'm done and I've answered every question, uploaded all the pictures, etc but every time I try to submit it it says there's still one error. When I click "jump to first oops" it just takes me to the top of my shop. There aren't any error messages on my shop. Is anyone else having problems? I've done over 100 shops and never had this happen. I'm really worried about losing the money I spent on this shop if it won't go through.

Make sure you're scrolling very slowly through the report. Any errors should be outlined in red, but sometimes the error is a small one, and can be easy to miss if you scroll through it too quickly. Hope you get it fixed!
Have you contacted the scheduler for the shop? May be he or say can help you figure out what is wrong.
There is one report that I have not done recently but there seemed to be a question near the top of the report that I missed every time I did it. I think perhaps it populates that question depending on how you answer another one but I missed it every time. When I got an OOPS it was difficult to find it because it was never red. So yes, look slowly to see if boxes are checked on all questions,.
This has happened to me and I finally realized that the "am" defaulted to "pm" and I didn't notice. Look toward the top at the date/time.
Occasionally there will be a large window asking for SOMETHING so I will type "N/A" and the report claims an error until I delete.
I had this happen and one time it wanted an extra photo at the top of the shop. Can't figure out why that was.
I had something similar recenty where it was a question about how many people were in the store. I had entered a single digit number and the box required two caracters so I ended up writing out the number.
When answer boxes need two numbers for dates and times, consider entering 0 for the first digit if the second is a single digit. Has worked for me.
And I have had the opposite where the entire section is an NA and it seems you are supposed to skip the rest of the questions but at the end they want you to put NA in every box within that whole NA section.

I've had to force it a few times due to logical inconsistencies with the guidelines and form and reality. Sometimes they get it wrong. And they've never gotten me for that.
Thanks to those who replied! I messaged the scheduler and it turned out to be a technical difficulty, so he submitted it for me.
I hate it when that happens! That's one reason I like SASSIE with the big red "OOPS!" markers and the jump to the next OOPS! links.
