a vital document can't be sent, because the scheduler's email box is full

the scheduler of a mystery shopping company just sent me an email requesting an additional image scan for my report. but when i sent an email back, i received a failure notice saying that her email box was full and couldn't accept any more emails. therefore, she didn't get her vital documents which i sent to her. she and the company that she works for has no phone number available so that i can call. not even on their website. the website has only one other email for info requests, so i sent emails to that email also.

what do you think?

Sometimes you can google the company and come up with a phone number. But of course there may be nobody around over the weekend. I would forward back the email with the response that the mailbox was full because hopefully the scheduler will clear their mailbox or possibly it was just a fluke. Time to get a little creative in trying to get through to someone.

i had already googled the company, but they don't even have a phone number. i finally received an email for the scheduler's private email address, saying that windows wasn't working correctly. then i emailed her back at her private email saying that her mailbox was full.

several times in the past i've just googled the company and called them directly in a time-sensitive emergency. often, schedulers only give out private emails. in this case however, the company itself doesn't even offer a telephone number on their very own website.
Man, you'd think they'd have some other web presence to use for their clients. Either that or the client login opens a great cornucopia of information we shoppers don't get to see.
