They canceled my Domino's Pizza Order

Domino's just canceled my Delivery order.. I emailed the scheduler trying to find out what I need to do?

Has any body has this happen? I did not see anywhere in the guidelines on what to do if it is canceled?

I have email the scheduler the SS of the cancel order.. I hate to get a "1 "when I did not complete the shop but how can I complete it when Domino's cancel the order?

I hope this not count against me. And it being the weekend it will be a few extra days before my bank credits my account..

What would you do..

Did they give a reason for the canceled order? Anyway, I would fill out the shop with N/A in all the spots that could not be filled in due to the cancelation. And I would load the cancelation notice in the photograph fields. It was not your fault. You have a better chance at getting paid for doing your due diligence than giving them a reason to NOT pay you. I would hurry up and submit. But, that is just me.
They did not give a reason.

I included a picture of the cancelation email in the photograph fields. I also made a note in the comment section.. It has been sent..

Hopefully they will remove it without giving me a "1"

Also it also said that it will take 2-5 business days for the bank to credit my my account. I know all banks are different when it comes to refunds .

Thanks winking smiley

They should not give you a "1." That would be pretty lowdown considering the circumstances. Plus, you ordered the pizza and now wasted all this time due to no fault of your own and still have to get a replacement meal since they burned you.
@Isaiah4031a - And that is another thing, you having to wait for your money to be refunded. Be firm with the MSC if they try to discredit your efforts.
@ Purpleicee-- I sure will.. Now I got to find me some supper smiling smiley

Think I make my own pizza smiling smiley

Why are you so worried about a "1"? If you have proof Dominos canceled the order and you show it to the MSC/Scheduler, that should be sufficient for them to reschedule your shop or remove it with no penalty. If they want to give you a "1" for this...do you really want to continue to work for them? I don't see this MSC being a big part of your shopper income. This is not one of the behemoth MSC out there. I don't want a "1", but I'm also not going to fret over it. Just send the email and the proof.

If you are still penalized...you can do like @shopperbob and "terminate that relationship."
I haven't done this shop, but a week ago I ordered a pizza from dominos and about 15 mins. later I got a text cancelling my order and it said it was cancelled because they didn't have any delivery drivers that night.
If there was any pay for this shop other than reimbursement you should get paid at least half the fee if not the whole fee for your effort.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I have not completed a Dominos shop, but I have experienced Dominos canceling my carry out order. I feel like many restaurants take on more orders than they can handle. I have also noticed this at 5G and other restaurants. The online/Grubhub orders seem to take priority over the in person customer orders. Its very aggravating.
@ Gigishopper-- I have also noticed that.. I usually do carry out when I get Domino's.

My bother was at a Jack in the box the other day, and was told that they were not taking any orders for drive up/inside as they had 50 Grubhub/Uber orders to fill and that the online delivery orders take priority over the in store orders. So the basically shut down just to do the online orders anymore.
