Different MSCs have different versions of these phone assignments. Be forewarned that on one that requires you to use your true name, etc., the agent you reach requires you to give personally identifying information in order even to explain the organization's programs. For me, that's a no-go given internet hacking, fraud scams, and the like. I asked the scheduler to remove the call from my shop log, and fortunately, she did (I hope without penalty).
Yes Treeline, I see many that require shoppers to provide their real name, date of birth, zip code, real phone number so that for those with issues with providing personal data, these shops are a no go. Worst of all by providing all this information you are opening yourself up to follow up calls and emails and letters.
