Peg, how? After I place an order I can't make a second order at a different store for the same day until I pickup the first order. I've tried everything I know except using a different credit card. Mostly because I don't have another card that I can use easily.
James, once you pick up the first order you can make yor order for the next location. I am doing 3 pickup shops in one day. I will make the first order for 10 am, and I'll show up a little late (kroger doesn't care). Then as soon as i get my email receipt for the first order, I place the second order, and take the earliest time available. By that time its after 11:00 and I can do the inside, and fuel center shops before going to the next store. If its a short drive, and a long wait in between, we move to the city we need to be in for the next shop and my son does door dash while we wait. Then we repeat the previous steps. Though sometimes the last store has to be done backwards, the inside and fuel center before the pickup, because they have to be done before 19:00. And if it's the Friday before a holiday weekend, we only do 2 stores..

What happens when you try to place a second order? I have had an issue in the past when I would get an error. For a long time I have not had an issue placing multiple orders. I don't use a second card for different orders. When I did have an issue I was able to place one via my phone when the computer wouldn't let me. Maybe you could try that?

Olympia,
The Kroger app says there is a technical problem, they can't process my order, and that I need to call customer service. Which I don't do, because it doesn't say that I can in the guidelines.

Peg,
yep, deleted, updated and reinstalled. Even though it's supposed to automatically update.

Oh my, I did 6 in stores last month as there were no pick ups- so they do not count? I have an equal number of Kroger in store and pick ups this month but also have 3 competitors which have no in store component. And the Kroger stores that had in stores were either too far from my home or in areas I do not want to go to for my safety. I wish there was some official email to everyone as my scheduler never shared any of these details with me.

Nope olympia, my desktop had a nervous breakdown, it just takes up space on my desk now. I have a tablet and a cell phone I do almost everything on. I could use the browser to go into Kroger's website. I'll have to look at the guidelines and see if that's allowed.

It gives the option on the form for web or app so I think you should be fine with the website.
