Panda Express requirements

does it say you CANNOT? I don't understand people who ask if you can do something. They specifically prohibit coupons and drinks. If they want to exclude rewards or gift cards...they will tell you that. Otherwise it's good to go if it doesn't tell you not to in the guidelines.

If you that worried about it...scan/enter the code from a different receipt for your points instead of your own. I'm sure there are plenty of receipts that are not being used by customers.

I always say "No" to any question I am asked by cashier no matter what. Sometimes there is dent on the receipt that to me is not a deal, but a "Question Mark" on the other side. One time I was doing a shipping using USPS. On the receipt it was a "1". I was asked why there is a "1". What happened is that the taping that I did was not secured enough and the clerk put a little tape on it. Since he had done a little work, his regulations wanted to know why. I explained back what happened. Be prepared if your package has any extra work at USPS.

Not rejected. Lower score.

In that case, unless you are unbelievably anal about your MS scores, move along.

Scores from MSCs are 100% meaningless, unless they require a minimum average of 6 for self-assigning. If you can't meet that criteria, mystery shopping is not for you.

Does anyone know if we’re allowed to use the new Panda Rewards when doing our shops?
Guidelines have been updated... no redeeming or earning rewards at the cash register. However, after the shop, you can submit an ID number from the receipt in the Panda app to earn points.

The guidelines do not say that you cannot earn rewards. It says no coupons, discounts or using rewards (cashing them in to pay).
I haven't seen any updated guidelines for DINE IN. But it makes sense what @boridi is saying. Panda is asking for service times. They don't want someone having issues with getting rewards points or credit to interfere with the timing. Just enter the code from your receipt while you're dining.

I did an online order today. Was hoping to see some extra receipts laying around, but there were none. The customer at the register when I arrived had like a $50 order and I would have loved to have her receipt.

"If you are invited to become a rewards member or earn/utilize your rewards points, DECLINE (as this
would affect service times)."

This update to the guidelines was recent.
Just going to mention that corporations do NOT get to claim the consumers' donations as a tax break. Only if they actually match the donation or donate off their own profits. What they collect at the register by people "rounding up" is not something a business can claim.

It is stupid that they would decline someone's shop for making a donation. Considering you have to hit "yes or no" at that screen which should take the same amount of time, I can't logically understand disqualifying a shop for this.

I refuse also to do PE due to the editing. I did a drive through and they told me they were out of enough items to actually place an order. I reported such and was rejected. I can't "make" them not run out of items! No grace or mercy.
