i never head of them. Sassie MSC/Presto/Shopmetrics? Give us an idea where you are seeing this. I'm not asking directly for MSC name since I know you cannot give that. But you can give relevant clues

I just found these yesterday on the naked MSC. They are under call/web shops. The ones I saw you had to have access to the military exchange store website.

Looks like a lot of screenshots required.

Yes I think they are a lot of work for the shop fee which is why they seem to be sitting there untaken. Perhaps someone that likes doing screen shots will like them, as for me. not so much liking screenshots! so no thanks

Almost two months later and there's still a bunch sitting there at $30.

Either there's no Veterans on here or those of us that are Veterans are leery of what this shop might entail. I know I am.

I did one of those. I followed the directions exactly, which state to take a screenshot after every option selected. It literally says to take a screen shot of each step, from the very start to the finish. I did that. After I submitted the report, I was told I shouldn't have included every screenshot. You also had to comment on every single screenshot, and they said I said there wasn't X on the page when there was, and there most certainly wasn't because I went back and checked my screenshots. And my score was marked down. I don't mind getting scores marked down if I mess something up, forget something, etc., but not when I follow the directions exactly and/or the editors change the requirements. But I'm not going near those apple shops again.

I also did one of the ACMI shops and had a similar experience to mysterioso. I took the screenshots as stated in the instructions, located all the ads and submitted the shop. The editor returns the shop, saying the screenshots were wrong and adding some (confusing) new instructions. Okay...so I go back, redo the screenshots as requested and submit. Shop gets returned to me AGAIN with the editor claiming the shots are still off. I redo the screenshots once more and resubmit...they finally accepted it, but not without a few snarky comments about how my screenshots were still off. I've done at least 100 web-based shops with multiple screenshots and this is the first time I've ever had one returned to me, let alone returned twice, lol! The instructions are very confusing, even for an experienced shopper. Not doing one of these again!
