Seeing all these restaurants shopped make me jealous! So far I've only found MSCs for and shopped TRH, Sonic, 5 Guys, and Panda Express. I clearly need to expand my MSC affiliation!

Newb question. May I ask what the average payout from these restaurants? Do you get reimbursed for meals or just the pay for the assignments the clients asked you to perform?
Thanks ????

It varies by account and company. I work with a boutique MSC that does restaurants in 5 cities -- mostly chef run restaurant groups and he pays for the required purchases (usually 2 apps, 2 entrees, shared dessert, one round of drinks +one drink at bar no matter what it costs but sometimes restricted like no entrees over $42 which will be the cost of the cheapest steak but all other entrees are below that) and $20 pay, another local group with another company pays $15 plus reimburse enough for the cheapest of the required courses (shared app, 2 entrees and dessert plus non water drink paying $80), Coyle usually starts at $10 for biddable restaurants and covers the cost of courses if you buy the cheapest choices. Some MSC only pay reimbursement (not sure how far that goes as I don't take those) One doesn't get rich on fine dining and can make more with well bonused fast casual but if you enjoy a good meal it might be worth it. Honestly 5Guys is my bread and butter and maybe once a month I will take my partner out for a nice work dinner. Those are more about a discounted fine dining experience than making money.

You won't get rich with restaurant shops. But the ones you make a little on will make up for the ones where you go over. Some of them can take up to 8 weeks to pay so you need a fund or an interest-free credit card.
My average shop is around $30.
The benefit to me is saving on grocery spend as well as getting out of the house.
