iVueit Landscape Vues

I've noticed the last couple of weeks that I'm being notified they are reposted. I don't know if it's because they have to be done several times a month or if they are not accepting the previous person's report.

They usually start at $7-8 depending on what company you are checking the landscape for. It states you have to take 25 pictures for the $8 one near me and doesn't list how many for the $7 one. It says they take about 15 minutes.

Does anyone have experience with these? I may try one as a filler near another shop I have to do.

It states that you have to be dressed appropriately (suggested business casual) and no shorts, flip flops, t-shirts etc. are allowed. But it's freaking hot as it's summer!.

Thanks.

The ones I've completed in the past were for a church. It didn't take hardly no time. I just walked around the church and took pictures as I walked. After walking around the church once, I had all the pictures that were required.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I see a church and a not so big hardware store I'm wondering about.

The church near me seems that all their locations are "vues" in every town within my search radius.
I say to do them. If you don't like them, don't do them in the future. I try to do stuff like this early in the morning, as early as possible, because it's cooler. I have pants that are very thin and breathable, so it helps.

They are easy. As ARK said above, just take pictures as you're walking around the property. They want pictures in landscape view only though...phone horizontal to ground. Some places have very little landscape so they get lots of sidewalk and parking lot photos. The ones I've done usually require a minimum of 20 photos. I usually send more.

The churches are pretty easy. Maybe 10 min total. The restaurants are fairly easy to. The car care places you gotta be careful on. The "NATIONAL" one requires you to walk around the entire building, even if part of it is inaccessible. You have to document with a bunch of pictures that you couldn't get back there.

I would not recommend the retail stores at all. Those requite 50-100 pics and they are not worth the time at $8 a piece.
Are the big box hardware stores included in the retail stores to avoid?

I've also seen some parking lot damage vues right before and after snow plowing season.
I used to do these all the time. The amount of pictures needed kept going up and the pay kept going down. They also have a "preferred" list. If you're not on the A list, you won't see the vues when they first drop. So, depending on how saturated your area is, you might not see any or very few. That's the way it is in my area now.
Well I did the big box hardware store that isn't the top two. It took about 15 minutes for the two managers and a supervisor to call and check the information on the LOA in the app.

They finally stated I could take the pictures but they wouldn't give me any information if I needed anything. I told them, I just needed to take pictures of the parking lot and landscape.

It would really be nice if these apps would notify the companies they tell us you have to check in with before proceeding to take pictures.

I would do this location again because I now think the two managers will understand. But I won't do another location where I have to check in with the manager before proceeding to take pictures of the landscape and parking lot. It's too time consuming for the money they are paying.

After this fiasco, I decided $7 wasn't enough to attempt the church landscape, although I don't know if I would have had to check in with someone first.
I don't check in with anyone at the ones I've done. There is a LOA on the app if needed, but I've not needed it.

The one I did yesterday specifically states to check in before you start taking pictures. But if I do another I'll just take the pictures and use the LOA if approached.

At this location I believe I may have been approached. I was having problems getting the app to load and as I stood in the parking lot trying to pull up the IVUET app, one of the managers asked if she could help me with anything.
I’ve done well over 200 of the iVueit audits. Most are fairly easy and as stated above, I do not suggest accepting a big retailer for less than $25.

Night Audits are the easiest, followed by Dollar stores. Both these types of locations take about 10 minutes tops. For the Dollar stores, I walk all the way around (I go from corner to corner and take photos of the landscaping from each direction and upload way more photos than are requested.) If a manager approaches, I have the printed LOA with me and hand it to them. If you don’t know what a landscape photo looks like, Google it first.

Church properties are big and take much longer to walk the perimeter along with walking up to the building and taking closer up photos of discrepancies, like bird nests near the doorways. It usually takes me about 20 minutes to walk these types of locations and as well as other smaller pharmacy and bank locations.

A big box retailer can take up to 40 minutes (for me because I’m very thorough) to capture the parking lot, lighting and landscaping all around the entire building. Be sure for any and all of these, not to get people in your photos, but if you must, do not capture their faces. I rarely do these locations for less than $30.

After you get the hang of all of these, you’ll begin to tell which retailers you will need to provide an LOA for and which ones you do not. I have never needed an LOA for a church property, even though I have been approached. I just explained what I’m doing and explained that I have no idea who I’m doing it for, but that I do these types of things for many different types of businesses.

The thing I love most about Ivueit is that they provide an LOA for their audits. The moment they quit, providing LOA’s is the moment I will quit working with them.
