Panda shops

I have a drive thru shop at Panda coming up. What questions do you usually ask? Rewards ,ingredients or catering?
I did one a while back and there was NO ONE in line- I Pulled up ordered and drove up and paid and was out according to my timer in 1 minute 12 seconds, I was a bit afraid that I had times incorrectly but it was fast- the report was accepted - do most of you get such fast times if no one in car in front of you? I lucked out and no one was there so fast service
There is also about what you were told about Panda rewards- I do not belong- not sure if I am supposed to decline signing up or not. Directions do not say anything about that. Thanks for replies

Yep, my timing is often less than two minutes. As for questions, it can be anything really. I usually try to make it something dumb and easy to answer. Does X product have Y in it? Pick a "y" that is easy for them to say yes or no to - an obviously present vegetable or similar. Sometimes if i feel like being annoying I'll ask something unusual though.

As for the rewards program, it says in the directions to not use rewards. My assumption from that would be to decline (though you should sign up on your own! the points add up fast!).

Just ask something dumb like, "What vegetables are in the SUPER GREENS?" You don't need to stress about this. They are not asking you for a verbatim question and answer.
I always ask do any of the dishes have peanuts. One of them does so I dont order it. I mark that I asked a question about food allergies.
Last time I was at Panda my super greens were raw, as in cold, never put into a pan at all. No garlic, no fake butter, nothing. Ice cold raw. And I had to wait for them, because someone else deserved to be served before my pick up order.

Nobody can tell you that. You can't name the clients of the MSCs. That said, check out some of the sites that list multiple jobs or that show jobs on a map.

I did an online order and was in the parking lot waiting for my pickup time. I received a text saying the order was ready early and I went inside. The order was ready, and I was in and out quickly and wrote a positive report for the entire process. I was dinged one point for not entering at the exact time in the email. Do they really want me to wait to get my order that’s just sitting there? I know a lot of you don’t care if you don’t get a 10/10 on reports, but I don’t like it.

Based on my understanding of the guidelines, yes.

I've found the PX online order/pickup process to be consistently wonky, especially given the expectations of the mystery shop.

Most times I will get a text saying my order is ready ahead of the designated entry time, but it rarely is ready when I go in (at the exact time).

I give the location lower marks and explain in the comments about it.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
I had this happen too. It's only a difference of a couple minutes. I don't care if I get an 8/9/10 by an editor. As long as my shops are getting approved and paid, that is what is most important. I wonder if you did it again, would they come back and say "you have been warned previously and we will not approve this shop."

I guess you could do it again and test the process for us :-)

Question on the receipt for online/pickup orders: Do you submit the confirmation screen from your phone or a screenshot of the e-mail confirmation? I don't really like the latter as it shows my full name and e-mail address.

I show the screenshot from the email confirmation. I also black out the name and email whenever I remember. I also feel weird about it even though the editor probably knows all my info already.
i print to PDF and block out my email address as it is not my shopper email address. I don't care about the name. They already know that. I have done this over 20x and never been questioned.

I always use my alter ego name, phone# and email, created for stuff like this, not my real info.

When I did a dine in shop a while back, I asked that question
HAHA. We should all ask the same question. Here is my suggestion: "Does your broccoli beef really have beef?"
How about this question instead. Do you guys get mystery shopped? How do I sign up?

Drive thru shops do go fast if there is no one else in line. I ask for low sodium soy sauce (which they don’t have). I am never asked to join their Rewards program, but I look for flyers or displays advertising it and comment on that.
Is it just me, or have their prices increased but the fees haven't for Panda? I did one over the weekend and ordered the bowl (cheapest option) and it was still over the reimbursement.
I have NOT seen it be over the $10 reimbursement for Southern California. I have been ordering the 2 item plate since it's like $10.xx and i am willing to go over by $1 or less for the 2nd meat option.

Are you ordering the PREMIUM entrees like Shrimp or Steak?

I just did a Panda shop since we were traveling and there was one. It was over reimbursement for the plate without the upcharged entrees. It was about $1 over.
@Phoebe70 mentioned the BOWL (not plate).

I know the PLATE is going to go over $10 in Southern California. Maybe not all areas, but at least in Southern California it does.

I have NOT seen the bowl exceed $10 (unless ordering shrimp or another premium entree).

Bowls are still fully covered by the reimbursement here in AL. unless there is a franchisee gouging prices somewhere, a bowl should be completely covered, unless you're buying high $$ entrees. One of those fancy new enters is $2 extra. That would take you over reimbursement.
The directions say not to USE rewards (that are in your account) but you can log in and accrue points. I am at about 2k just from shops. Trying to save up for a family meal.
